Your organization participates or will participate in one or more registries. Because of this, data is recorded, like clinical data and patient outcomes data. This data is recorded in an information system, like an Electronic Health Record (EHR). Registering this data is time-consuming and you want to prevent employees from having to manually record data again to fill the registration.

With the Connect service MRDM offers an alternative for manual data entry. Connect facilitates data sharing from the EHR with MRDM through batch deliveries. A batch is a collection of data from an information system that is put together in a file. Which data is included in this file depends on the registration in which the organization participates. The data dictionary of the registration indicates what data must be recorded.
