Application procedure
After agreeing with different hospitals that you want to share your outcomes with each other in Codman Connect, a representative of the collaborating healthcare institutions can request access to the Connect functionality via the registration form.
In this form, you specify for which dashboard (Indicators and/or Exploratory) and for which registries you would like to request Connect. For the Indicators dashboard, you can indicate whether you want to share the mandatory transparent, voluntary transparent, and/or internal indicators. In addition, you must specify the time period for sharing the results and provide the contact details of the participating healthcare institutions.
Each participating healthcare institution must give its consent to share its own results from the registries with the other institutions. To do so, an additional agreement must be signed with MRDM. After activation, you can use the functionality via the ‘Connect’ button.
Based on the provided information, MRDM will create contracts and send these to all participating hospitals. Each participating healthcare facility must agree to share its own outcomes with the other healthcare facilities. Once all the contracts are signed, MRDM will activate the Codman Connect function.
After activation it is possible to use the functionality via the “Connect” button.
