Log-in information

Once the accounts are created, follow the following steps until logging into the dashboarding application:

  1. Click on this link to log into the dashboarding application.
  2. Log in using your username. Your username is always your business email address, which is traceable to your healthcare institution.
  3. When you log in for the first time, you can create a password using the ‘Forgot password?’ link. You will then receive an email with a link to set a password. Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam inbox.
  4. In addition, we ask you to choose a multifactor option. This is an extra security step to establish your identity and optimally secure your account. Available multifactor options are: use of an authentication app, via SMS or via email. For more information on MFA, see Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

Note: The password must consist of at least 8 characters and meet at least three of the following requirements: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and/or a foreign character ( ! @ # $ %). It is not possible to use spaces and dashes in the password.
