Application procedure

After agreeing with different hospitals that you want to share your outcomes with each other in Codman Connect, a representative of one of the collaborating healthcare institutions can request the Connect functionality by sending an e-mail to the MRDM service desk: servicedesk@mrdm.nl

In this e-mail please specify the following things:

  • The name of the collaboration
  • The registry for which you want to activate Codman Connect
  • Which indicators you want to share with the different hospitals, options being: mandatory transparent indicators, voluntarily transparent indicators and/or internal indicators
  • Whether Codman Connect should be activated for Explorative dashboards, Indicators or for both
  • For what time period the Codman Connect needs to be activated, options being: no time limit, 12 months, 3 months or 1 week
  • For each participating hospital:
    • The name of the hospital
    • The name and e-mail of primary contact person (This person should be able to arrange the signature of a person who is entitled to sign within the hospitals)

Based on the provided information, MRDM will create contracts and send these to all participating hospitals. Each participating healthcare facility must agree to share its own outcomes with the other healthcare facilities. Once all the contracts are signed, MRDM will activate the Codman Connect function.

After activation you can use the functionality via the “Connect” button.
